retrieving voicemail

Hello,

How do I retrieve my voicemail? I dial *86 from my landline connection but not sure what is my passcode.

That link only works for FIOS customers.

Does anyone have an alternative? I am unable to access voicemail and can't reset my passoword. And Verizon support is useless:(
