The move to AOL email was the worst. I have been a verizon customer since Bell telephone. This is the worst move. I can only access the inbox but no other folders such as spam or any boxes I created. There is no multiple foradring of emails to one client. I have my email at so many businesses it is going to be hard to get every thing changed. AOL won't even acknnowledge request on this subject.
