I am so frustrated with Verizon as a Mac User. The majority of features are not available to me as a Mac user. I was excited about the Youtube feature. It allowed me to go through all the initial steps to set it up then, when I try to sign in ........ NOTHING. Music apps same problem.
Hey, Verizon....... When are you going to fix the large discrepancy between PC and Mac user compatibilities with your features ??? You should recognize not everyone uses a PC and when you release new features, they should be made available to EVERYONE. And usable by ALL. If not they should be released until they are. Otherwise us Mac users are being cheated in the services we are receiving, and have access to.
