POP3 Accounts

I use MSN Premium and cannot send e-mail from my 3 POP3 accounts. I have had 3 verizon technicians tell me that my settings are correct. MSN told me to remove my accounts and then add them again, that didn't work. Can someone tell me what the settings need to be for MSN Premium.

I am having the exact same problem (can receive email but cannot send any after making the settings change in MSN Premium), and have not been able to find any help with this. Has anyone out there made the changes work with MSN Premium?
