On my upcoming bill there is a charge for directory assistance. I have not called directory assistance in years. This is definately a scam. I want a refund of this charge. And I will complain to federal trade commission. Plus Verizon also added another increase that I'm sure they'll claim was an increase in a tax or something. I want a refund of this charge as well. I am on a fixed income and these increases are not frivolous to me. Please do the right thing.
