I asked to add a phone number to my home phone number on 11/11/17. Still, my phone would not work. Been Verizon customer for so many years with the same phone number. I still cannot make a call or receive calls. Also, Verizon was forwarding my incoming calls to a wireless numberr that belonged to Government.
Frustration, frustration, frustration. Is all I can say. It has been over 10 days and I have been out of phone service and spending 15 hours of tiresome time with your customer and tech support.
