Who had the brilliant freaking idea that while I'm watching one channel and want to watch another starting at channel 900, that when I punch in channel 900 the screen goes to the freaking VOD menu page so I can order a movie.
If I want to go directly to an HBO channel why would I want to order a freaking movie?!?
The two ways to get to 900 is to exit out of that freaking mis-direction and use the - + channel button to go to 900 or go to the main guide and then punch in 900, then select the channel, what a freaking waste of time.
Vz must have ran human behavioral studies and picked everything that would {word filter avoidance} off a customer, and that includes that crappy piece of plastic Vz calls a remote! I'd like to have a long conversation with the group that thought up the design of the remote.
No one needs to reply to my thread because I know that my complaints will go unheard and the status-quo will continue to permeate corporate Vz, the only time Vz jumps is when the NSA demands anything from them!
