Account ID for online TV shows

My adult son wants to watch Adult Swim online from his laptop. When he naviagtes to the website they want him to identify his cable provider. He selects Verizon and then they want an account ID and password. My questions are:

1. how can i give him an account ID and password for his own use? I don't want to give him my main account ID.

2. Is there a cost for this?
