While I couldn't care less, The two MSG channels have already been added in many areas. It is not yet on the guide, but if you tune to Channel 578 and 580 (for MSG Plus), both are up and running in the NJ/NY area.
Got it in the Buffalo area also.

Considering that TWC is the system that dropped HDNet Movies and HDNet, who'd want to stick with their system anyway!
