channel assignments w/o STB

I've got a new HDTV connected directly to the FIOS cable, no STB or cable card is use on this TV. After autoscanning all the channels I've got a very odd mix of channel numbers. Some channels are "obvious" in that the local broadcast stations are on their prefered channels such as 7.1 and 4.1 where on the STB they'd be 507 and 504. But I also have many channels that are somewhat oddball (like 2-300 although I don't recall exactly).

Is there a map of the FIOS STB channel numbers (2-1000) to HDTV channels (2.1 and up)?

Without a convertor box or CableCARD, the only channels you'll be getting are unencrypted channels that are "in the clear," or QAM channles.
