How do I suspend my service? The website says it's not something I can do online. Chat person told me to call 1-800-Verizon. No one picks up at that number. I sent support an email and am pretty frustrated to the point that I will most likely transfer our wireless and Internet to other companies because the Verizon customer support is so poor.
If I transfer cell phones to another carrier, they'll ahndle it all, right?
