first my sub accounts email address were disabled after seaking to a tech yesterday now my primary email is disabled. No return follow up yet on a solution.
My email has also been disabled since Monday, 5/18/15.
When I try to go to webmail at Verizon.com, after I put in my username and password it brings me to Verizon Wireless and there is no option at Verizon Wireless to check my email.
When I try from Outlook it tells me that the username or password is incorrect.
I have also called Verizon and I am waitng for an answer from them.
Please post any solution you may get and I will do the same.
Please clear your cache then shut down and reboot your browser. If that does not help, try a second browser.
I have cleared my cache, tried IE 11, Google Chrome and Firefox. I get the same result with each.
Why is it taking me to Verizon Wireless when I am trying to login to Verizon? There is no email in Verizon Wireless.
I also have tried from my iPhone and iPad and I get the message that the username or password is not correct.
I have had this username and password for more than 10 years.
What the heck is going on?

Accounts might just be locked for failed attempts. You can only unlock a primary by following the forgot my password link. Subs cannot be unlocked via web. You have to call in if a sub gets locked for failed attempts. Sounds like you just might need to call in to tech support.
