Add BBC America

Last year I upgraded my Verizon TV package to FiOS TV Prime HD. I was told by the Verizon rep that I would have all of my previous channels plus additional HD channels. Overall I am happy with the upgrade with one exception. I now do not have BBC America. It seems I cannot add the one channel to my package and there isn't even a way to select any programs on the channel as on-demand.

I want to be able to add one channel, BBC America, to my package without upgrading to a more expensive package with channels I am not interested in watching. Please tell me there is a way to implement this.

Welcome to the club, FiOS subscribers here have clamoring for BBCA-HD for well over a year now. There have been numerous threads already started on this. Unfortuately Verizon has turned a deaf ear to all of it. A Mod will probably post telling you to go to the suggest a new idea forum and vote for it. Voting is a waste of time, BBCA-HD already has well over 300 votes and yet we still do not have the channel.
