Intermittent Internet connection issues since got this connection

Since I got this connection, I have been facing intermittent connectivity issues. I have tried reaching out to your CSR over phone, chats and social media but no one from your team was able to help me.

I'm really frsutrated and doing all the troubleshooting by myself as all your CSRs are helpless. They are not even believing that I am facing any issues. Please refer the chat history.

I just need one help frmo you, could you please send me temorary router to test if there is any problem with the router.(If you could arrange technician visit, it would be great)
