What channel do I set the box to, to watch a DVD?
Nothing to do with FIOS.
And it depends how you connect your DVD to your TV. I used to use component cables so that is what I selected. I now use HDMI connection 2. If you use a antenna type connection, the most popular are Channel 3 and 4, but even that may be different for some DVD's.
