I have Fios Prime and don't get G4 at all. My friend says she has the same plan and does get it, and I don't see anywhere to sign up for it. Help?

The link below shows the channels that are available based on packaging. G4 on channel 191 is available for Extreme HD and Ultimate HD. You can also change your packages on-line at myverizon.com.
