Add Colombian Channel (CANAL CARACOL) to Fios TV

How, where or to whom should I suggest a Colombian Channel to be added to Fios TV?????

Fios has tons of channels but I think it's the only one missing.. It's name is CANAL CARACOL INTERNACIONAL..

Please help!!!!! URGENT!! I recently switched from Cablevision and I'm missing all my programs...
