i want to cancel my dsl as we do not get FIOS where i live. I have gone round and round trying to reach a human to speak to but i keep getting disconnected. How do i do this?
1-800-VERIZON
select cancel service on the prompts.
DSL is not fios its copper line. With or without a landline phone.
