Something called Fully Loaded Entertainment Pack has been added to my account (and I'm being charged for it). I know I didn't add this and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone tell me what this is?

All premium channels available. If you do not have parental controls set on your STBs and DVRs, along with purchase controls, someone could have added this via any remote in the house. I know at one time they could tell you what box placed the order, but I am not sure now.

Thanks for the information. Maybe the dog sat on the remote because according to the bill it was added when we were out of town for Thanksgiving.

Just noticed it on my bill, and called Verizon. It's for movie channels, etc. I didn't order it, and I'm certain no one else in my household did. They are going to remove it.
