Hi,
I have double play and i called verizon and upgraded it to triple play adding FIOS TV. The installation date was scheduled for Dec 5th and i received so many calls. I called back and rescheduled for another day (Dec 12). No calls and noboday showed up on that day.
So called rep and rescheduled for next day.. same thing and after 4-5 times scheduling with rep and talking to dispatch center. Till today nobday has showed up..
I checked my order status and it says internet and voice is installed and i am still subscribed to triple play. But whener i call rep says sorry, talks to dispatch center and schedules for another installation date. Not sure how to get off this loop. I tried cancelling the service and after my frustration the rep cancelled as well but i like verizion Fios internet so called back reinstated the order.
