I had my Internet installed a couple months ago; however, the techinician who did it was not happy because it was a Friday afternoon. Instead of completing the job properly, it was butchered and he left holes in my walls all over my apartment. I looked past this because I had othewr things to worry about and I also looked past the barely working internet because I only needed it for my 3 years old shows. Now I'm working from home and I need my internet toi work. I have tried everything. If I can't get this butchered internet job fixed, I'm going to have to switch to Comcast in order to be able to do my job.
