Dear Verizon,
I'm a tennis fan and I record live tennis on my Fios DVR. I'm writing to complain because the info in the Fios programming guide is frequently incorrect which means that my DVR does not capture live events properly.
For example: I recorded the Wimbledon Semifinals on NBC yesterday but since the times in the IPG were wrong when I went to watch it last night my DVR had missed most of it. This is extremely annoying and I never had this problem when I was a Tivo user.
Can you guys please figure out a way to correctly capture the times on live event programming?
