Ultimate HD Package

Can someone tell me if the Ultimate HD includes Showtime, Cinemax, IFC and Epix? I thought it was included but on my first bill with this package, it says a $14.99 credit for 3 months for the Movie Package

In NYC area all the Movie packages are included with some Ultimate packages (I think its with 35/35 or higher).

With Ultimate everywhere Showtime, EPIX, and they recently added Cinemax.

The rest of the movie packages are what I take as being temporarily included. HBO, STARZ, etc.

In southern california where i live the ultimate package includes showtime,cinemax,epix,and the movie channel. if you want starz its $9.99 a month or if you want HBO,i think its $16.99 a month.
