Using Outlook on Iphone

I'm trying to set up Verizon.net mail in Outlook on my Iphone. When choosing IMAP, and putting in the current settings, it tells me I need to setup using Yahoo, but using Yahoo doesn't work either...

Has anyone been successful at setting up Outlook on Iphone?

Verizon.net doesn't support IMAP. POP only.

I've not used Outlook on iPhone. I use the native mail app and it works fine with Verizon.net. Of course, it's configured to use POP.

If you have a Yahoo based Verizon email account, that could be different.
