I had verizon Fios service a couple years ago but verizon kept charging me for a couple months even after having discontinued my services. Later VERIZON issued me a check which I couldn't encash in time because I was travelling.
Now, after having made endless calls to verizon regarding issuing me a new check I am finally trying this route of getting in touch via the email. Can you please send me another check for $563.05.

Also, please note I have called customer care at least 10 times and every time I go through the list of questions with various agents and then they tell me they are going to reissue the check but I have to contact financial services so the check can be sent. And then I speak to financial services for another hour and this doesnt lead anywhere.
Please let me know if any additional details are required from my end to get this resolved ASAP.
