I'm having a problem with connecting to my DVRs remotely. I keep getting a bad gateway error. I also looked in the port forwarding settings of my router and I see both the STB boxes with a UDP port in a disabled status. I can't delete the rules. Apparently the live chat doesn't work for my area (Maryland) and I need to contact Verizon. The forums state I need the gateway remapped. Can someone PM me or contact me?
