I have treid at least 10 times to keep my Email Address. I paid the $20 Friday, Canceled Service Saturday and let them know I was keeping my Email Address. Monday morning it was suspended. I have talked to at least 10 different people who just give me bad website info or just keep transfering me. Is there an Email address or anyone in Verizons Technical/ Customer service who can help? I have wasted at least 3 hours trying to fix what should be a simple thing
