After nearly 15 years of accumulating emails, contacts and folders, my wife's sub-account email just suddenly disappeared two days ago. There was no notice of this and, after spending hours on the phone with tech support, we were told Verizon no longer supports "sub accounts" and hers is gone forever. We don't care so much about creating a new email id but we do care about the large amount of data that is no longer accesible. We would welcome any and all thoughts from the forum on what, if anything, we can do.
