I just started with FIOS about a week ago. We now have FIOS TV Prime HD. The Sundance Channel was advertised in black in white in the channel guide as being available on Prime. It is not.
We then ordered the Showtime-Starz Entertainment Pack. The Verizon website clearly states that Sundance is available with this "Pack." It is not. Thus we've now ordered two TV services that are not as advertised.
Does Verizon see a problem here, or is being loose with the facts just part of the marketing strategy?
(We tried to take this up with Customer Service both on chat and on the phone. Talking to Verizon Customer Service is like talking to a wall. It seems as if they have absolutely no authority to engage in a discussion. Thus they repeat apparent pre-scripted replies repeatedly. I find this very frustrating)
