Low balance notifications

Other than adding money, how can I get the low balance notifications to stop texting me at 4:12 a.m.?? It's been happening every morning for at least a week and it's interfering with my sleep and subsequently, my day. I don't use the phone after 10 p.m. so it shouldn't be going off. Please help! Thank you so much.

The notifications will come in, but you can control how you get notfied. You can put the phone on silent while you sleep. You can turn the phone OFF overnight, since you aren't using it. You can put the phone in a different room so you don't hear it.
