CLOO channel

Last night while watching the CLOO channel A box came up on the screen and said I'm not subscribed to this channel.

This happened in the past and when I called I was told that channel was no longer in my package. Now I have the ultimate package and I should have all channels.

I did the trouble shoot and it told me I had to call in and then the channel came back on, however, periodically, during the time watching the channel that same box would pop up and stay on the screen for a minute and then the channel would come back on.

Anybody know whats going on?

I hate to call in because of this because your always on the phone forever

We are aware this is happening for some channels and plan to have it corrected when the next update to the guide comes out which will be pretty soon. There is nothing wrong with your particular service and will have it corrected soon.

My outages, while not related to the CLOO channel, but a number of others and sometimes but the network channels are lasting much longer than "a few minutes". These outages last up to a number of hours at a time and an on-line nor technical support reboot seems to make a difference. Does Verizon understand that this is more than a minor inconvenience to our service? It goes out in the middle of programs I am watching, occasionally I can go to the non-HDTV channel and continue watching, but more often than not that channel is also out. When I cannot get the on-line reboot to work and try to call in I spend 45 minutes to an hour on the phone waiting for a representative. The problem not only affects programs I am watching, but those I have scheduled to DVR, and since I have no way of knowing that there is a problem at the time of, or during, the program I cannot switch channels during the DVR and thus miss programming that was obviously important to me or I wouldn't have set my DVR to record it. Verizon should schedule a special update to fix this issue which is a major source of frustration to customers or provide a discount for services that we are paying for and not receiving.
