I know this thread is quite old but the google sent me here.
One of our Digital Ocean droplet is blocked. We can't send email to our customers who have Verizon email address.
The white listing request was filled and came back the generic
Your IP has been blocked because of spam issues or because your ISP indicates that it is dynamically assigned
No Reverse Hostname associated with your IP address.

- We use this droplet more than 2 years now with the same ip address.
- The host name is set as well.
- Checked with different black listing service we are not listed.
- SFP record is in place.
- we just try to communicate with our customers... No spamming!
Sooo please help!!!
