I am having this exact same problem again. Verizon is not processing my $19.95 yearly bill for a e-mail
Verizon Basic -YDS account. Why is paying a bill so bloody complicated.
My bill (shows up on My Verizon as unbilled) was due Sept 16, 2015. My credit card has not been charged.
and Verizon offices (6 or more) on 1-800-Verizon can not find my account. billing is of no help. I think I have to do something on SiteControl but I'd need the reorder # or my account #.or phone #
but I don't have this stuff. My address and phone numbers are correct on SiteControl so I don't understand the problem.
