I forgot change my wives email in April 2018

I never used Verizon web email I always used Thunderbird.

I change 2 of my account but forgot to do the wive's email.

Now I can't remeber what to do to change it.

Do need to sign in to AOL mail page ?

Could direct me to instruction page.
