Creating a sub-account with email

I'm trying to create a new Verizon.net email account. I created one about three months ago, but I can't recall how I did it! I created a sub-account, but when I log in, it says that there was an error loading emails. When I try to log into Verizon webmail, it forwards me to the main Verizon page.

I am interested in this too. The information on the Verizon website says that creating a subaccount does not create a verizon email address. I know it used to - is this a recent change, and if so, is it possible to ever login into the subaccounts emails that were previous set up?
