I am new to FIOS, how do I setup Verizon email or do I need to use Yahoo or gmail services. If I could have my Apple mail configured for Verizon email, that would be great. I would perfer the Verizon email server.

Verizon no longer offers email service. There are many alternative email service providers you can use, such as Gmail or Outlook.com.
