sick of the slow speeds at night, under .50 mbps

been contacting the foreigner tech support for the past couple months for slow DSL I'm paying for the maximum speed 3.0mbps I get ok speeds during the daytime if its a weekday and everyone else is at work

night time speeds everyday are below 1.0 and usually below .50 mbps I've done speed tests and the record low was .07 mps

sick of it and looking into mobile hotspot device and its not gona be verizon I'm **bleep** off

Mobile Hotspot devices are expensive. and come with no speed guarantees. Can you not get Cable Internet or FiOS Internet? Have you tried reaching out to Verizon over at DSLReports.com using the Verizon Direct forum?
