NCIS 4/28/15 HD Episode Never On-Demand

I need Verizon help, please. The 4/28/15 episode of NCIS was never put On Demand. They skipped from 4/21 to 5/5. There was a new episode on 4/21 that was continued on 4/28 and its very annoying that I can't have access to it. Can this be fixed please?

Unfortunatly these are peer to peer forums. Unlikely that the person or persons who handle this sort of thing will happen to read your post and correct the problem. Note that usually episodes missing are not a Verizon problem(instead the neworks problem), although I think this case may be one case where it is Verizon..
