As of 13:36 EDT, it is telling me I don't have Sprout in my package BUT I'M LOOKING AT THE CHANNEL ON MY TV AS I TYPE. Verizon PLEASE fix the issue immediately.
UPDATE 16:14 Seems to be working now...
There was a fairly major problem for many hours, but they seemed to have finally figured it out...
