Hello,
I got an email advertizing a free Starz weekend for me from 1/27 to 1/29. Here it is 1/28 and the channel is not active. Someone else in my house says they even saw it advertised on the home screen.
How would I even report a problem with a channel I do not subscribe to, but was offered to me for free? Is there anything I can do? Half the Weekend is over and I never got the chance to watch it.
