I received an email from Verizon - this weekend only - free HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, etc.
There is nothing there. I checked Friday, yesterday and this morning....
I called Verizon customer service, got through all the prompts, and got disconnected. I was told to call back tomorrow between normal business hours.
Please help! Anyone know what to do to view these channels for the free period?
