Inspiration HD

why Fios?, there are soo many channels people want there are misisng and you add this junk. Where is TCM, Amercian Heroes, BBC World News, you know channels people actually want. Little House and the Waltons? Seriously? This garbage is on other channels. I resent having to pay fo this cause, you know somehow we are.

I agree with you, Verizon thinks by adding these garbage HD channels, that almost nobody watches, it will make us happy because they want us to think they are "adding" channels. They last bunch of channels they have added have all been garbage.

But of course the REAL reason why is because channels like Inspiration HD cost Verizon nothing while those channels you listed all have subscriber fees.

No channel is free. There may not be a per subscriber charge, but cable companies have to pay to provide the hookups to get the content.

And there are times when channels get added that it is at the request of the content owner. They may have mtuiple channels and the deals say to get the popular ones, you have to take lesser channels as well.

Although this channel may not be your cup of tea, I would suspect there is a segment of the population that does like this content. If nobody watches, advertisers don't make money and pull out.
