I received an email saying I have HBO for free for three months. The two channel numbers in that email do not show up in my channel line up.
What channel numbers were you given?
Default for HBO is 400/899 (SD/HD)

This is dependent on your tv package.
if you opted to pick your own channels, HBO may not be available unless you up your package.
Some providers allow you access to HBOGO which is separate from your channel guide selections. In this case you download the app and log in with your Fios tv credentials.
What happens when you punch in the numbers on your remote??? No HBO?
I received a letter stating HBO was complementary through February 28, 2018. I just renewed my fios contract and now I can't access HBO, any idea why?
