Cinemax on demand problem

I recently finished The Knick season 1 on demand and was prepared to start season 2. However episode 1 of season 2 (and only this episode) is asking me to purchase it. Why is this, I subscribe to Cinemax and can watch other shows on demand without a problem. Thanks.

Unfortunately, content providers are starting to charge for on demand.
Each one has their own strategy for pricing.

You can probably find all of their episodes for no additional cost an a Cinemax app.
