Ive been fighting with this issue all afternoon. Called tech support to no avail.
I tried this solution, which I found elsewhere on this form, also to no avail:
I logged into my verizon account - then opened another tab and went to
http://www.hbogo.com/activate/
I selected my device from the list - Apple TV -- then clicked continue.
At the next screen, I selected my provider - Verizon - then clicked continue
It takes me to this link, which takes me to this invalid link -
The error I get on that page is:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400
Please help! This is VERY frustrating. (Understatement!)
