I activated the Netflix offer. I have the app on my PC and my preloaded TV. How do I get Netflix via my cable box? I can not access Channel 838 which is defined as the Netflix channel.
What happens when you go to channel 838? Does it not load? Any error messages?
What model stub do you have?
I believe Netflix is only avaialbe on quantum and FiOS 1 stbs.
