access to YES on my PC

Just recently transferred to FIOS from Spectrum. I have the YES network in my package and can view it on my TV. However I can't access it on my PC(although I can see it on my phone!). FIOS says it is a YES problem and not something they are doing. Anyone else have this problem and is there anything I can do about it? When I was with Spectrum I could watch YES on both the TV and on my PC.

Well it's still not fixed because i'm having the same issue. The video is not coming through so i have a tech appointment for tomorrow. logged in to watch tonight's game and there is not a button available to press "watch" same goes for sny.

logged in to watch the game last night and same thing, no button to watch.... so it looks years later the same issue
