I have spent two hours chatting with customer service to no avail. When I click on the offer on my home screen I can select it but my cart has $399 still listed. If this is a reoccurring issue why offer to get people to sign up and don't honor the promotion. This is one reason why I dislike Verizon, their promotions NEVER work. I believe this is a scheme to get people to sign-up once you try to get your promotion, it will cost too much to back out. I want it noted that I have been trying to order this sound bar since I got my 5G internet installed, I have until Dec 13th to redeem and IT DOES NOT WORK! I got nothing but the run around and then the agent stopped responding. What customer service! I will be going to social media letting the world know these tactics.
