Verizon sold me a refurbished iphone 11 as new

As a long time customer of Verizon I am so disappointed to find out now that verizon sold me a refurbished iphone 11.

I would like that verizon use a common sense to remedy this problem. And fix their policy of wrong doing.

I am hopeful to hear from someone ( wishful thinking) to reach out to me to addresses this problem.
