Can not redeem $200 gift card, error: {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

As has been reported by numerous other users on the forum I am having an issue requesting my $200 gift card. I either get a page that says {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"} or I get a page like (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjjYFtVGFEJYg5Rdz-H1L_IUUQRe8A?e=POrmoI).

Please let me know what I can do to redeem my gift card before the deadline. Also please do something to fix the underlying issue. This is embarrassing...
